Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Qualimize (the “Service”). By creating a workspace or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organization.

The first person to create a workspace becomes its Owner and holds full administrative control, including inviting or removing team members and managing billing plan selection. Owners and Admins are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload data you do not have the right to store or process.
• Attempt to access another organization's workspace or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service.

There is a single product plan: every workspace gets the same features, billed either monthly or yearly at your choice. New workspaces start with a free trial period before billing begins. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pricing displayed on the site is illustrative and subject to change.

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). We only use Customer Data to provide and improve the Service on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may stop using the Service and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
